Good to know
Is Pet Sync really free?
Yes, for pet parents. You pay only for care you choose: a vet consultation, a visit, a groom, a stay or a shop order. You always see the price first.
Which pets can I add?
Any. Dogs and cats, small pets like rabbits and guinea pigs, birds, poultry, reptiles, fish and farm animals, about 45 kinds in all, with every breed, mixes and crosses.
Do I need to download anything?
No app store needed. Pet Sync opens in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it works like any other app, even offline for your saved records.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa, card or cash. For vet consultations, top up your Pet Sync wallet by M-Pesa or save a card, and you're charged only when the consultation ends.
My vet isn't on Pet Sync. Can I still use it?
Yes. Add your old records yourself, and send your vet a one-time link to check and sign them. Signed records count as vet-verified everywhere.
Our house manager doesn't have a smartphone.
That's fine. Staff can get their tasks by SMS and reply DONE, and children can log care on a family phone with a parent's consent.
What if my pet has an emergency?
Go straight to the nearest open clinic and call ahead. Pet Sync can't send help to you, but a vet can talk you through what to do on the way.
